# Rialto

> Venice AI agent kit for Robinhood Chain. One wallet on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) pays x402 endpoints in USDG and funds private Venice AI inference from the same address. Hosted API and MCP need no install and no key. Holder tiers come from the Rialto token balance of a signed-in wallet.

- Holder: hold 300,000 Rialto, 120 requests per minute. Everything in Free. hood_portfolio: the whole wallet valued in USD, Rialto included. GET /api/portfolio/{address}. 120 requests per minute.
- Free: hold 0 Rialto, 30 requests per minute. Chain status, balances, wallet report, stock prices, search, pools, token stats. 30 requests per minute per IP.
- Sign in: `rialto access sign` or /explore#access, then send x-rialto-auth or ?auth=.

- Flywheel: USDG received goes to the treasury 0x987e58beD5028b28cFe5E8c709b8533D6F908ebE, which buys Rialto and burns it. Live figures at /api/flywheel.
- Burn to unlock: 10,000 Rialto sent to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD = 24 h of Pro for the sender (max 30 days per burn).
